The service intends MEP design analysis together with the project concept, review of design documentation (architectural / space planning concept, MEP design), initial brief and permits; and recommendations in terms of functionality, comfortable and safe environment, commercial attractiveness, complex security and future facilities management of the property.

Technical consultancy can be rendered at design stage (including Working Documentation Stage).

II. Recommendations on MEP design
- Review and analysis of design and initial permitting documentation, issuing comments and recommendations to assess sufficiency / redundancy of MEP systems and equipment and ensure adequate technical parameters of the property.
- Recommendations on technical premises’ location within the property, facilities and equipment.
- Recommendations on MEP systems and equipment to be installed in compliance with design documentation.
III. Recommendations on Technical Assignments
- Comprehensive analysis of initial permitting documentation, issuing recommendations to ensure adequate technical parameters of the property, revisions to technical assignments.
IV. General recommendations
- Consultations while the project is under design, liaison with the Client’s representatives, participation in working groups while the project is being developed.
- Rendering assistance to the Client in employing specialist design companies and subcontractors. Project management / supervision.
- Preparation of technical assignments taking into account building classification requirements.
- Property and facilities management concept.
- Energy consumption and utilities cost analysis (electricity, heating, water consumption).
