Property and Facilities Management Services:

Managing & monitoring all aspects of the property maintenance (to the scope agreed with the Landlord / Owner), selecting specialist companies, concluding agreements between specialist companies and the property management company for the services to be provided on site, including:

Ensuring regular technical maintenance & repairs to MEP systems and equipment: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, automatic control, security and fire protection systems; electrical and lighting systems, lifts, water supply and drainage; structural part of the property and the roof within maintenance borders of the Landlord
    Providing all required consumables, tools and instruments
    Appointing staff responsible for electrical and heating systems, and fire safety
    Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and repairs to MEP systems and structural parts of the property
    Drawing up capital modernization programme
    24/7 stand by response team
    Liaising with control & supervision authorities
    Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations on site
