Appraising work of separate departments, including engineering-technical department, cleaning service, security service, parking, reception and Help Desk.
Audit & assessment of the existing policies and procedures; facilities management rules and instructions.
Recommendations ref. plans and schedules, job cards, specifications and facilities management standards.
Assessment of service quality control system.
Assessment of Help Desk procedures, including requests recording system, requests execution and reporting.
Audit & assessment of the existing Service Charge Budget, giving recommendations ref. its revisions.
Audit of SLA Agreements (agreements with subcontractors providing FM works / services), recommendations ref. possible revisions to the agreements.
Audit of the existing infrastructure & recommendations ref. its revision if required.
Recommendations ref. Health & Safety procedures, rules, and instructions.
Assessment of fire evacuation plans, plans of measures to be taken in case of emergency.
Recommendations ref. Tenant Manual and Fit-out Guide.
As a result of audit and assessment of Service Charge Budget and property management company’s operations a report will be issued to the Client with conclusions and recommendations specified by the Consultant.
