The first large project of Knight Frank LLC in Ukraine is a logistics park MLP–Chayka of Multinational Logistics Partnership (MLP). The future complex is located in the close proximity to the international highway Kiev-Lvov (Е-40), via which up to 30% of freight traffic flow goes. The total area of the complex is 100 thousand sq m. Total investments in MLP-Chayka project will comprise mln.
